ha! when I tried to work out at home I had my daughter AND my dog climbing all over me, as they thought I’m playing with them. these days my two kids have different nap schedule, although I try to make them nap at the same time (it hasn’t work that way, yet), so it’s been a real pain to try to squeeze some time for work out in between AND I am already exhausted from just taking care of those two stinkers… For now I just stick to watching my diet more carefully and going for a family walks as often as I can.

One thing I have actually noticed is always that there are plenty of misguided beliefs regarding the financial institutions intentions when talking about foreclosed. One misconception in particular is the fact that the bank would like your house. Your banker wants your hard earned cash, not the home. They want the cash they gave you along with interest. Usually the bridesmaids pay for their own hair and makeup, or do it themselves. And I think brides usually have a pro do theirs. So it’s not a midwest thing – I think it’s across the board. My mother will be doing my hair and I’ll be doing my own makeup (I figure we’ve been ‘training’ for 27 years, we should both have it down by now!). The bridesmaids are on their own, though I think everyone will be helping everyone else.

1c9Things i have seen in terms of laptop or computer memory is that there are specific features such as SDRAM, DDR etc, that must fit the requirements of the mother board. If the pc’s motherboard is pretty current and there are no os issues, changing the memory literally requires under one hour. It’s among the easiest computer system upgrade processes one can consider. In regards to ammunition choice. I personally use 00 Buck, and slugs. I would also use #4 shot but it is not so easy to find as 00 Buck and slugs.I don’t recommend any ammunition, that is a personal choice. I just let you know that I prefer 00 Buck because it is readily available, inexpensive, and very destructive to the target.

Hi Ella–All of your points are valid ones. There’s a sense of entitlement that’s never existing before. And there’s no sense of delayed gratification to balance it out either. It may sound simplistic, but I think TV is having a big affect here. The BabyBoomers and everyone who’s come after have been raised with TV. TV is a place where everyone has everything and little is made of how they come into it. We’re mimicking that process, only it doesn’t work painlessly in the real world. Somehow I think financial sanity starts the day you turn off your TV for good.

This sounds delicious, but I have a suggestion for next time: instead of Rosemary, consider adding some caraway seeds (or crush them, if you prefer a less “seedy” bite). Caraway and cabbage have the type of symbiotic relationship that tomatoes and garlic have -they help each other by creating chemical reactions that bring out the best flavors of each. And for added deliciousness, try adding a teaspoon of salted butter to the bacon fat, letting it brown as you wilt the cabbage. Mmmmmm.

Really great points. Especially true is the point on video interviewing. More and more companies are embracing video interviews because they make it easier to talk to far away candidates, see communication skills, and work around busy schedules. If your company is completely against video interviewing, it might be time to ask yourself why that is. New technology is meant to make the hiring process easier so you can focus on the candidate, not how difficult it is to see them in person.
