أوضحت وزارة العدل والحريات المغربية موقفها بشأن ما أثير ، في بعض الأوساط، من نقاش حول تعاطيها مع تقارير المجلس الأعلى للحسابات، التي تم نشرها مؤخرا.
وفي هذا السياق، أشارت الوزارة، في بلاغ لها إلى أنها ، وفي إطار سياستها لمحاربة الفساد تشتغل في هذا الجانب على أمرين:
أولا: إحالة جميع الملفات التي ترد على وزير العدل والحريات من طرف الوكيل العام للملك لدى المجلس الأعلى للحسابات بمقتضى الفصل 111 من مدونة المحاكم المالية على النيابة العمة المختصة، بحيث أن الوزير لم يسبق له أن احتفظ بملف واحد تمت إحالته عليه من قبل الوكيل العام للملك لدى المجلس الأعلى للحسابات.

ثانيا: استجابة لانتظارات الرأي العام، الذي تستفزه الاختلالات التي يقف عليها قضاة المجلس الأعلى للحسابات في تقاريرهم، والتي تبقى دون المتابعات القضائية، فقد تم خلق سنة 2012، خلية مركزية على مستوى وزارة العدل والحريات، مكونة من قضاة متخصصين في جرائم الأموال، عهد إليها بدراسة تقارير المجلس الأعلى للحسابات للنظر في مدى توفر تلك الاختلالات الواردة في هذه التقارير على مكونات الفعل الجرمي.
وخلص بلاغ الوزارة إلى انه ما إن تثبت هذه المكونات إلا وتتم إحالة التقارير المعنية على النيابات العامة المختصة، وذلك تطبيقا لمقتضيات الفصل 51 من قانون المسطرة الجنائية الذي يعطي الحق لوزير العدل بأن يحيل على النيابة العامة “ما يصل إلى علمه من مخالفات للقانون الجنائي”.

It’s rather funny, it used to take me forever to write papers, but now that i’m in upper division business and all i freaking do is write papers, my paper-writing skills (speed skills mind you, not quality) have increased dramatically.I think it comes from being less worried about the content. I used to just kind of freak out about writing papers fast because i was worried about the quality, but it seems as I’ve written more and more papers (and the average grade is about a B+) I’m not so worried about the quality while i write at the last moment

But I do see the value; as I say in the post, I think that there is a real benefit to expressing our ideas with the sophistication that can only come through written prose. I do think, however, that the written text has to be altered in significant ways in order to give the listener a positive experience. Those alterations might involves visual aids, but might not. Even when visuals aren’t possible, a speaker can still prepare a speaking text that takes into account the needs of the listener.

I keep forgetting that the olympics are this summer. I love watching the olympics! As a kid, olympic years were my favorite (remember when winter and summer olympics were on the same year?)My favorite: Track and Field, Swimming, Diving in that order. I think there are too many variables to be able to speculate as to how the former USSR would have done in the Beijing Olympics. I used to love his music, until he tried his English crossover with Tina Turner. Although his music is still likeable, he seems to have gotten stuck…his old stuff is way better. FOr some strange reason, he sounds better in Italian than in Spanish. Great voice though.
I own a ’06 Matrix XR and have driven in about 7k miles. So far there are no problems. It is not the most luxurious car, but it has been reliable so far and is able to carry what needs to be carried with good milage. On the highway it easily maintains speed, but there is road noise. But then the car is fairly cheap. It is also only about three-quarters of the MiniCooper price. Drove a ZipCar Mini from NYC to Washington once and have repeated the trip in my Matrix. Would much rather take the Matrix. The Mini is too small inside and provides a stiffer ride.

Dude, though I’m a lifelong vegetarian I still really like all your videos. Even when you eat bugs, slugs and stinky, horrid stuff you describe it so well that it sounds appealing but I wouldn’t eat most of it. Obviously you being a liberal omnivore gets you lots more views but I think vegetarian suits you and one day that’s what you’ll only eat. Only time will tell.
