قام القضاء البرازيلي بالحجز على بعض ممتلكات الثمينة نجم فريق برشلونة الإسباني، البرازيلي نيمار دا سيلفا، وشمل قرار المحكمة، طائرته الخاصة ويخوت وبعض العقارات، بالإضافة إلى حساباته البنكية في البنوك البرازيلية، حسبما أفادت بعض وسائل الإعلام المحلية في بلاد “السامبا”.
وقال موقع “يو أو إل” الإلكتروني إن قرار الحجز مرتبط بأمر التحفظ، الذي صدر في الأسبوع الماضي، على 192 مليون ريال برازيلي (48 مليون دولار) من أموال اللاعب البرازيلي وأسرته وشركاته.
وجاء أمر التحفظ تنفيذاً لقرار مصلحة الضرائب العامة، التي اتهمت نيمار وعائلته بالتهرب من دفع ضرائب قدرت بـ63 مليون و300 ألف ريال (15 مليون و800 ألف دولار) في الفترة ما بين عامي 2011 و2013.
ويتعلق التهرب الضريبي بالمبلغ الذي دفعه برشلونة والخاص بالحقوق التجارية للمهاجم البرازيلي لصالح شركتين من شركات التسويق الرياضي الخاصة به.
وأكدت مصلحة الضرائب أن هذه المبالغ كان يجب أن تدفع في صورة أجور مما يفترض معه زيادة حصيلة الضرائب عما تم دفعه فعليا.
وأمرت السلطات بتجميد أصول تقدر بثلاثة أضعاف مبلغ التهرب الضريبي المزعوم، ويتم حساب تلك القيمة باعتبارها عقوبة في ظل القانون البرازيلي في حالات التهرب الضريبي المتعمد.
وينفي محامو نيمار تلك الاتهامات، كما يحقق القضاء الأسباني مع نيمار في مزاعم بالتهرب من دفع الضرائب، فضلا عن غموض يتعلق بصفقة انتقاله من سانتوس إلى برشلونة وقيمتها الحقيقية.

Why are there so many different contact form plug-ins out there?I see people generally opting for CF7, and then the minute it goes wonky (which it does for some reason or the other), then panicing and looking at other options. Believe me, even I have gone through the same routine. Until finally I ended up putting together a separate contact form which directly feeds data to our CRM.

I thought that in order to import workers (legally) an employer had to apply for an H-1B visa for the employee and show that there was a shortage of domestic workers able to do the job.That certainly doesn’t seem to be the case in this instance as the employer is laying off the domestic workers. So, I wonder how the employer got work visas for these people and whether the layed off employees have any legal recourse.
