أعلن المحامون المغاربة عن توقفهم اليوم عن العمل في المحاكم، في تصعيد جديد ضد وزارة العدل، بخصوص ملفهم المطلبي.
وفي تصريح صحافي نسب إلى حسن وهبي، رئيس جمعية هيئات المحامين، قال إن للجمعية «ملفا مطلبيا شاملا»، جوهره الأساسي «الدفاع عن إصلاح حقيقي لمنظومة العدالة»، و«توفير شروط المحاكمة العادلة».
وقال وهبي، إن الجمعية متشبثة بموقفها الداعي إلى التوقف عن العمل اليوم بمحاكم المملكة.
وكان وزير العدل والحريات المصطفى الرميد قد عقد جلسة تشاورية مع المسؤولين القضائيين لدى محاكم الاستئناف لبحث سبل ضمان حسن سير المرفق القضائي.
وأوضح بلاغ لوزارة العدل والحريات، تلقى موقع ” مشاهد” نسخة منه، أنه “على إثر ما أعلنت عنه جمعية هيئات المحامين بالمغرب من دعوة إلى مقاطعة الجلسات اليوم الخميس، عقد وزير العدل والحريات جلسة تشاورية مع السادة المسؤولين القضائيين لدى محاكم الاستئناف عبر تقنية التواصل عن بعد، وذلك لتباحث سبل ضمان حسن سير المرفق القضائي، ووقار وحرمة الجلسات وحقوق المتقاضين، ولا يمس بحق المحامين في التعبير عن رأيهم”.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته، أن الرميد أكد خلال هذه الجلسة على أن مسودات مشاريع القوانين كانت وستظل محل مشاورات وتعديلات بما يؤدي إلى تحسينها وملاءمتها مع ما يخدم العدالة والمصالح العامة المعتبرة.
إلى ذلك، تنظم وزارة العدل والحريات ندوة دراسية تخصص لتقديم مسودة مشروع قانون التنظيم القضائي، وذلك يوم غد الجمعة بالمعهد العالي للقضاء بالرباط، ابتداء من الساعة التاسعة صباحا.

I’m so discouraged right now because I can’t do anything over head. No pulldowns, no military, not even preacher curls. All I can do is legs and Tri’s and curls. Thanks Sean! I’m a new nurse and in my 11month of nursing and 3rd week of acute care/ general medicine. I am in over my head and keep getting told that more things are my responsibility. But then also told to delegate more. Between meds, assessments, changing patient conditions, palliative patients and families, I’m not sure what the very first thing I should do is. My team is the only way I get through it all. If ICU nurses and nurse assistants did not come to my rescue, I don’t think this ship would stay afloat. Thanks for your perspective!

I use cast iron. I am not perfect by far. I just wanted to point out that a well seasoned cast iron pan eventually works awesome. I don’t even use any oil when I wilt my greens on cast iron. They cook beautiful! I add healthy oils for flavor and health after cooking. Cast iron is awesome!

Actually T-Mobile’s customer service was 1000 times better than what I have come to expect from Sprint. I have better luck with the Sprint phone representatives than I do with the store customer service. I would rather die than to ever have to step into a Sprint store again.
