اتهمت النقابة الشعبية للمأجورين، التابعة لحزب الحركة الشعبية المشارك في الحكومة، بعض النقابات باستخدام “المأجورين لمصالحها الضيقة، للحصول على أكبر عدد من المقاعد”.
وأشارت النقابة أن:” عددا من المحسوبين على العمل النقابي استعملوا المال أمام مقرات التصويت، من أجل استمالة بعض المأجورين الضعفاء، حيث وصل الصوت إلى حدود 2000.00 درهم، الشيء الذي مكنهم من حصد بعض الأصوات”.
وشددت النقابة المذكورة، على أن بعض أرباب العمل وبعض رؤساء الجماعات المحلية تدخلوا في توجيه واستمالة الناخبين لصالح نقابات موالية للأحزاب التي ينتمون إليها، مشيرة إلى أن الأمر لم يقتصر على ذلك بل وصلت التجاوزات إلى حد الترخيص لمتقاعدين ضدا على القانون للحصول على مقاعد لتمثيل المأجورين.
واتهمت نقابة العنصر في الوقت ذاته، وزير التشغيل والشؤون الاجتماعية عبد السلام الصديقي بـ”التدخل السافر لمساندة نقابة تدعي الاستقلالية على حساب نقابات أخرى”، إلى جانب “تلاعبه في اللوائح الخاصة بممثلي المأجورين”.

I have to agree with Scott here.Copyrights should be eternal AS LONG as they are renewed. They could be legally transferred as part of a will, for example, or other instrument. Maybe the rights office would send you out a reminder, like when your vehicle tags need to be renewed. If you take care of it, you’re set for the next period, whatever that might be. If not, you’re SOL. Alternately, your heirs could choose to let the copyright lapse.Works for me.Ian

Oh man, I/we take him everywhere! We try to time it right and usually don’t take him out in the evenings when he’s most fussy, but I’ve taken him out to lunch and shopping every week since he was probably two weeks old! If he starts fussing, I just nurse him. Fitting rooms are my friend, especially the handicap ones that are big enough for the stroller to fit. Also, when eating out, I try to sit on the patio (I live in Southern CA, so this is easier with our awesome weather) so if he fusses, it isn’t echoing throughout the restaurant.Love that last picture!!

I think perhaps the 4th of July should be in Boston, not NYC. We have a 2 day celebration with a nice kosher BBQ brisket to die for. 2 nights of fireworks. Miquelina in the next town (where we do fireworks, night one) and Rhea right nearby, too.That story made me a little sad, too.
