Hi Michael,I’ve had the same problem with liquids seeping out of the molds. In some cases (hibiscus orbs), I made enough to fill up the entire tray, overflowing the whole top. If it’s a case of liquid coming out of the tops, remember there will be a bit of expansion as it freezes.As to the latter, I don’t think we need to put them back into the molds after dipping in the cocoa butter, really. How about trying a flat, nonstick surface?

At the time it was the best megapixel you could find (6 megapixel)!!!! Now its sitting in my garage, and even though i used it, it really depreciated in value. I now have the Canon EOS REBEL t2i – 18 MP. It's amazing and shoots HD video too.

I think it is very useful to have allergists at schools, but is it expensive? Normally parents and kids have learned from what allergies they have, so I bet they would be able to know what and what not to eat. For more serious cases though, it would be very helpful to put allergists in schools.
