أفادت دراسة جديدة أصدرها اليوم منظمة الأغذية والزراعة بالأمم المتحدة، وبرنامج الأغذية العالمي، ووزارة التخطيط والتعاون الدولي اليمنية، نيابةً عن الشركاء الفنيين الآخرين، أن ستة ملايين يمني على الأقل يعانون انعدام الأمن الغذائي الشديد وفي حاجة ماسة إلى المساعدات الغذائية الطارئة والمساعدات المنقذة للحياة في اليمن وهي زيادة حادة مقارنةً بالربع الأخير من عام 2014.
و وفقاً لتحليل التصنيف المرحلي المتكامل لحالة الأمن الغذائي والاوضاع الانسانية، تم تصنيف عشرة من أصل 22 محافظة في اليمن الآن بأنها تعاني انعدام الأمن الغذائي الذي يصل إلى مستوى ‘الطوارئ’. المحافظات التي بلغت مستوي ‘الطوارئ’ من انعدام الأمن الغذائي هي: صعدة، وعدن، وأبين، وشبوة، وحجة، والحديدة، وتعز، ولحج، والضالع، والبيضاء.
وهناك ملايين آخرين معرضين لانعدام الأمن الغذائي بشدة، ويمكن أن يصلوا بسهولة لمستوى الطوارئ ما لم يحدث تحسن كبير في توافر الغذاء وإمكانية الوصول إليه بأسعار يستطيع غالبية الناس تحملها.
أدى تصاعد النزاع إلى نذرة المواد الغذائية الأساسية وغيرها من السلع الأساسية، وتعطيل سبل كسب العيش، والأسواق، والزراعة، وصيد الأسماك، وأنشطة الاستيراد والتصدير والأنشطة التجارية، وغيرها. وقد أدى هذا إلى انخفاض خطير في دخول السكان فضلاً عن صعوبة الحصول على المواد الغذائية الأساسية.
وناشدت بورنيما كاشياب ممثل برنامج الأغذية العالمي والمدير القطري في اليمن، جميع الأطراف ضمان الوصول غير المقيد للمساعدات الإنسانية للمتضررين.
وقال نائب وزير التخطيط والتعاون الدولي اليمني الذي قاد عملية نشر نتائج التصنيف المرحلي المتكامل لحالة الأمن الغذائي والأوضاع الانسانية في يونيو 2015: “يواجه اليمن حالياً صعوبات سياسية وغذائية خطيرة، لها آثار بعيدة المدى على حياة الناس ومعيشتهم. وتقوم التحليلات المشتركة بين الوكالات الدولية مثل “التصنيف المرحلي المتكامل لحالة الأمن الغذائي والأوضاع الإنسانية” الحالي بدور مهم في مساعدة صنّاع القرار على فهم طبيعة وحجم المشكلة التي تواجه السكان”.

Looks like the typical Dutch plan to me, usually the buyers have freedom to change the standard lay-outs. The small kitchen and bathrooms are typical, we are used to it. What is special about this project is the open facade, I would love to get one of these apartments, but can’t afford it. Last time I saw such a facade was in Tel Aviv where they turn the living room in an outside space by opening and folding away the windows. Seriously ‘lekker’ when the weather is good…

Agree. If the EQC intent was risk mitigation, i.e. have a big pot of money ready for a major NZ national disaster. Then surely investing the money in NZ and the NZ Government in particular is beyond stupidity, really it's criminal negligence/incompetence but I bet no one gets called to account.

L98 is the # on it. its origional cause its on the origional bill sheet with all the options. I also had a history package done at GM. Mine got 4 wheel disks too
