أعطي المجلس الثقافي البريطاني الانطلاقة لمبادرة تطوير المهارات ” البرنامج التدريبي لدعم قابلية التشغيل ” بالمغرب، بتعاون مع وزارة الشباب والرياضة، وذلك بغية تعزيز قابلية تشغيل وإدماج شباب جهتي سوس-ماسة ومراكش-آسفي.
وتم الشروع في تنظيم الورشة الأولى بأكادير، ابتداءا من 23 إلى 26 فبرايرالجاري.
يهدف البرنامج، حسب بلاغ تلقى موقع ” مشاهد24″ نسخة منه، إلى تزويد الشباب بالمعارف والمهارات والثقة اللازمة للاندماج في سوق الشغل والرفع من فرص الشباب في وضعية هشاشة، وذلك عن طريق تعزيز حوار الثقافات وتحقيق التطور الاجتماعي الذي تقوده المجتمعات وكذا تنمية المعارف الضرورية للتأثير على التغير الاجتماعي.
وأضاف المصدر ذاته، أنه خلال سنة 2015-2016، سينكبّ البرنامج على تحسين مهارات 20 مدربا من دور الشباب ومراكز التكوين المهني للنساء ومنظمات المجتمع المدني الشريكة ، وذلك سواء على مستوى المحتوى أو البرامج أو المناهج اللازمة لتوفير خدمات شاملة من أجل دعم فعال للمهارات الاجتماعية وقابلية التشغيل.
للمزيد:شباب من مختلف أنحاء العالم في زيارة للمغرب لتطوير المهارات
وفي المرحلة الثانية، سيساهم المدربون بشكل إيجابي في تحقيق التطور الاجتماعي والاقتصادي على الصعيد المحلي عبر دعم مهارات مجموعة تتكون من 700 شابا وشابة في وضعية هشاشة، والذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 18 و29 سنة.
ومن شأن هذه الورشات أن تساعد الشباب على تطوير مهاراتهم المهنية والاجتماعية بغية تنمية قدراتهم على تحديد الصعوبات والدعوة إلى التغيير في مجتمعاتهم.

I have the 3.4Ghz Phenom Quad core and the cheesy clamp system warped my board and didn’t allow it to start properly. I had to loosen the clamps on it and its running fine now. I used to be getting a "Bad Checksum Menu" error everytime I started up and it never booted. Always went to the black screen.

Here’s my biggest concern for you. I think too many people start these programs and get burned out. I saw 5-6″ of increase but it was difficult to stick with the program because the bodyweight program is exhausting. But it’s awesome and gets results! I would say start slowly and increase slowly. If you have time to do them on the same day, do it for best results.

The one tattoo that really stood out at the Point Pleasant last season was a woman who had “5 Star” something tattooed across the top of her chest in big script letters. I could not read the last word it could have been woman, or lady or sushi for all I know.
It just seemed really – meh. I did like the graphics style, but that’s the only thing that stood out. Also got quite a major bug – during a big fight, the whole screen went black and had to navigate the entire fight by using magic (auto-aimed, luckily) and the health bars. Reports of other major bugs in just the demo (disappearing head of main character, apparently) means I won’t be getting it, whereas had previously thought I might pick it up when it’s gone down in price a bit. Disappoint!

I think a huge reason a lot of people stay in unhealthy relationships is because they don’t really know any different. I tell everyone I know that starts saying “You just haven’t found the right one” or “He’s out there, you just have to find him” that the only people that, in my opinion, stay together anymore are the people who have been together since they were young & don’t know any different. I also think that if you grow up in an unhealthy environment, you are more apt to be in unhealthy adult relationships. Great post! Very interesting.
