في إطار الترويج لأحدث شاحناتها، عرضت شركة فولفو السويدية فيديو لطفلة في الرابعة من العمر، وهي تقود شاحنة “فولفو إف إم إكس” بواسطة جهاز للتحكم عن بعد.
ويُظهر الفيديو الطفلة صوفي وهي تُسيّر الشاحنة التي يبلغ وزنها 18 طن في حلبة مصممة خصيصاً لإظهار قدرات الشاحنة وقوتها.
وكما هو متوقع فإن الفتاة الصغيرة قادت الشاحنة بتهوّر، فاصطدمت بصندوق خشبي ثقيل للغاية، لكن الشاحنة لم تتأثر، ثم أكملت طريقها متسلقة هضبة لتفقد السيطرة وتتدحرج مرات عدة.
ظنّ الجميع أن الشاحنة لن تتمكن من متابعة طريقها، لكن صوفي نجحت في تشغيلها، وسارت بها بسرعة عالية باتجاه أحد المنازل حيث صدمته، وأكملت طريقها باتجاه خط النهاية.
وذكرت الشركة السويدية أن شاحنة “فولفو إف إم إكس” هي أقوى شاحنة صنعتها إلى اليوم، في وقت حاز الفيديو على يوتيوب على أكثر من 1.2 مليون مشاهدة قي 24 ساعة.

I bought this tv February 10, 2008. At first, I loved it. But yesterday the menu screen started popping up randomly and frequently. I did some troubleshooting but it’s still there. I tried contacting Haier but ended up leaving a message because I didn’t want to wait on hold all day. A tv is pretty worthless if you can’t watch anything because the menu screen is up half the time.

I think I’m probably like most quilters – undoing depends on the mistake and the nature of the quilt. If it’s a gift for a special occasion, I’m more picky about those little imperfections. If it’s just for fun for me, it usually doesn’t bother me much to leave a mistake in. I just finished a tablerunner, that will be a gift, and un-quilted part of it because I didn’t like how the fabric on the back had wrinkled up.
My husband purchased a small turquoise frying pan at a Goodwill. The Markings on the bottom are Descoware Special Made in Belgium. Above that are the markings of B1-B 21 C. Is this a rare find and is what is the approximate value? Thank you.

Hi Meredith, I purchased the pressure cooker last week and as soon as it arrived began using it. All was well until today. Made the pumpkin rice pudding and used arborio rice instead of the long grain white rice. Followed all other ingredients and measurements exactly. Was quite burnt on the bottom. I love the playroom but I don’t understand the “arctic nursery” with two twin beds for a one year old and 5 month old; where is the crib? Also, no pun intended but the arctic theme has no warmth or inviting qualities to it. I know it isn’t their main room but I expected something more cozy and lush from Martha Stewart.
