شهدت مدينة المال فرانكفورت الألمانية أمس الثلاثاء 21 يوليوز افتتاح أول بنك يقدم خدمات وفق الشريعة الإسلامية في منطقة اليورو. ويأمل البنك في كسب زبائن غير مسلمين لصيغ جاذبة تقم على مبدأ المشاركة في الأرباح كما يتوع أحد المسؤولين فيه.
ويصبح البنك الكويتي التركي (كويت ترك) بذلك أول مصرف يقدم خدمات مصرفية متكاملة وفق أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية في منطقة اليورو.
وقال حمد عبد المحسن المرزوق، رئيس مجلس إدارة بيت التمويل الكويتي الشريك الرئيسي في كويت ترك “نأمل أن نتمكن من تلبية مطالب ما بين أربعة إلى خمسة ملايين مسلم يقيمون في ألمانيا.”

وأضاف المرزوق أن البنك “يفتح أبوابه للعملاء المسلمين ولغيرهم من أتباع كل الديانات لأننا نؤمن بأن صيغة العمل المصرفي التي نقدمها جاذبة أيضا لكل أنواع العملاء”.
وردا على سؤال حول أنشطة بنك “كويت ترك” التي تختلف عن أنشطة البنوك غير الإسلامية الأخرى، قال المرزوق “هي في الأساس لا تعتمد على فائدة ثابتة. تعتمد على المرابحة. “هذا يجعل البنك بالفعل أقل عرضة للصدمات. إنه مبدأ المشاركة في الأرباح وليس مبدأ الفائدة الثابتة.”
وقال كمال اوزان مدير بنك (كويت ترك) إنه يختلف عن البنوك الأخرى في فرانكفورت أيضا في أنه “لا يستثمر في قطاعات لها صلة بصناعة الإباحية والخمور أو التبغ. لا نريد أن نقدم أي قروض لمثل هذه الاستثمارات. لن نمول مثل هذه الاستثمارات.”
ويهدف بنك “كويت ترك” إلى جذب عملاء من المسلمين في ألمانيا، كثير منهم أتراك، ولكنه يرى أيضا طلبا محتملا من جانب غير المسلمين الذين أصبحوا يرتابون في البنوك التقليدية بعد الأزمة المالية العالمية.

Doreen I liked the article it has a lot of insite.While I do believe that there will always be a place for some middle managers I see that role getting smaller. In fact not only will that role get smaller but the role of front line manager will also shrink. Self managed teams on the other hand are growing.The future will happen so will change however, I don’t believe it will be an easy path. The goals and needs of one differ from another.
