قال وزير الخارجية التونسي، الطيب البكوش، إن الوعي بضرورة استكمال بناء الصرح المغاربي موجود، لكن تنقصه الإرادة السياسية الجادة، معتبرا أن “اللامغرب” يكبد دول المنطقة خسائر اقتصادية فادحة، بحسب ما أفادت به وكالة الأنباء التونسية.
وأوضح البكوش خلال ندوة بعنوان “المغرب العربي بين الحلم والواقع” نظمها، الأربعاء، مركز الدراسات والبحوث الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في تونس، أن اختيار مصطلح الحلم يفسر بطول فترة السبات التي مر بها مشروع الاتحاد المغاربي، داعيا إلى “التركيز على إيجابيات استكمال تأسيس هذا الكيان حتى يتحول الحلم إلى واقع”.
وأضاف وزير الخارجية التونسي أنه على الرغم من كون الإطار قائما منذ سنة 1989، إلا أن الإنجازات لم تكن في مستوى أحلام الأجيال المتعاقبة.
واعتبر البكوش أن الظروف الإقليمية والدولية الحالية مواتية، خاصة مع تصاعد المخاطر والتحديات مثل الإرهاب، وغياب سلطة مركزية في ليبيا، إضافة إلى استفحال الجريمة المنظمة، مما يفرض تنسيقا استخباراتيا وأمنيا مشتركا بين مختلف دول المنطقة.
وفيما اعتبر وزير الخارجية التونسية أن كل هذه المعطيات تحتم التسريع في بناء الصرح المغاربي، وتجعله على رأس أولويات دول المنطقة، أقر في الوقت نفسه بوجود عراقيل حقيقية تتمثل في إغلاق الحدود، وقضية الصحراء الغربية، والوضع في ليبيا، وغياب التكامل الاقتصادي بين دول المنطقة المغاربية.
وأشار إلى أن هذه القضايا لا يمكن أن تحل إلا بتوفر إرادة سياسية من الجميع، من أجل تجاوز خلافات الماضي والنظر إلى المستقبل بروح جديدة.
ويذكر أن الطيب البكوش قد ودع رسميا منذ أمس منصبه كأمين العام لنداء تونس، محتفظا بمنصب وزير الشؤون الخارجيّة.
وقد تمّ تعيين محسن مرزوق أمينا عاما جديدا لحركة نداء تونس، وذلك وفق ما أكّده الوزير المكلف لدى رئيس الحكومة بالعلاقات مع مجلس نواب الشعب ، لزهر العكرمي.

Sarah – my present to myself some years ago was to start writing again once my son had started school. It was the best present I've ever given myself!Sue – My annual pattern has definitely helped me stay focussed and committed to a particular time-frame. I recommend it. I know what you mean about writing about summer in the winter. I have occasionally actually gone back and tweaked scenes originally written at a different time of year than they are set in the book, but it hasn't been a major issue.
